Dr. John Bradford  MBChB, DPM, FFPsych, MRC Psych, DABPN, DABFP, FRCPC

Dr. John Bradford is the Associate Chief (Forensic) of the Royal Ottawa Healthcare Group and Professor and Head of the Division of Forensic Psychiatry of the University of Ottawa, Professor in the School of Criminology, University of Ottawa and Professor in the Department of Psychiatry, Queens University. He is a founding member of the University of Ottawa Institute of Mental Health Research.

Paul Copeland

Paul Copeland is a Toronto-based criminal defence and national security issues lawyer. He co-founded the Law Union of Ontario, was the Vice-President of the Criminal Lawyers Association, and was the Co-President of the Association in Defence of the Wrongly Convicted.  Mr. Copeland is a Life Bencher of the Law Society of Upper Canada. He practices at Copeland, Duncan Barristers and Solicitors.

Norman D. Inkster

Norman D. Inkster is the President of Inkster Group and a prominent security advisor, specializing in forensic investigations for corporate, government and private sector organizations. From 1987 to 1994, he served as Commissioner of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. From 1992 to 1994, he was the President of International Criminal Police Organisation (Interpol). He was a Special Advisor to the Auditor General of Canada and a member of the national Task Force on Governance and Cultural Change in the RCMP. He is a Member of the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police and the International Association of Chiefs of Police.
